Lewisiana or the Lewis Letter Volumes 1-17 No. 2 - Historical Document Collection for Genealogy Research & American History Studies

I expected this volume to contain some of the letters. It only contains an index to letters in other volumes which is not of much value to me.This is only a list of names printed on one side of the page only and I have no idea what any of it means.
